Dennis Callin (1951-2020)[1][2] aka Rumblepurr was a Cats (musical) fan who wrote the highly popular The Jellicle Chronicles story, among others. He was active in the fandom for over 20 years, on both forums and his personal site.
He created a very detailed backstory of the Jellicles, along with fellow fan Ahdeya.[3]
