Ritsumaya is the ship between Ritsuko Akagi and Maya Ibuki from Evangelion.

The nature of Maya's feelings for Ritsuko has been debated since the original series, thanks to a scene in End of Evangelion, in which Lilith appears to Maya in the form of Ritsuko.[1]
Unlike Misaritsu, the ship is rarely depicted as reversible on Pixiv due to Ritsuko being Maya's superior. There are only a handful of works tagged Mayaritsu.
