Rescue is a Blake's 7 Blake/Avon story by Leslie Marshall.
It was published in Fire and Ice #2.

Blake rescues Avon from execution - and Avon has to confront his own feelings, making about as good a job of it as you would expect.[1]
Pretty sure I skipped this one - again, the voices just don't play right for me, and the plot seems a bit nonexistant. And after the confused Avons of previous stories, it all seems too easy (yes, even though I didn't exactly love the confused Avons either).[2]
Blake saves Avon and, back on the ship, they have sex which Avon very much wants. Later, however, he can't deal with it and rejects Blake. Not a happy ending.[3]
