Premium Heart is a gen Final Fantasy VII charity zine centered around the character Tifa Lockhart. It contains works which take place in between her backstory in Nibelheim and the beginning of the game.
Description
Premium Heart will focus on the life and events of Tifa Lockhart post-Nibelheim, and Pre-Final Fantasy VII. After the incident in Nibelheim, Tifa was saved by her martial arts teacher Zangan, where she learned self defense. After fully recovering, Tifa joins the Anti-Shinra group AVALANCHE where she meets Barret. She becomes the owner of the bar and restaurant 7th Heaven, and not long after, reunites with Cloud Strife.
This non-profit zine should fill the gaps and expand on the events surrounding Tifa’s life as she rises from the ashes of Nibelheim.[1]
Contributor applications ran from July 7 to July 29, 2020[2]. Preorders ran from January 5 to February 5, 2020 with the following pricing tiers[3]:

- Dolphin Blow ($40 USD) - Physical Zine, Holographic Mini Print, Mini Print, Sticker Sheets, Button, Double-sided Charm, Stretch Goal
- Final Heaven ($50 USD) - Physical Zine, Holographic Mini Print, Mini Print, Sticker Sheets, Button, Holographic Charm, Double-sided charm, Acrylic Standee, Stretch Goal
As a stretch goal of 50 orders, all physical orders would receive an enamel pin[4].
Shipping of physical orders began on April 21, 2021[5]. By May 1st, all physical orders were shipped out[6]. Digital orders were sent on May 4, 2020[7].
The project's digital storefront reopened for digital copies on May 8, 2020[8]. Leftover sales of physical merchandise began on May 11, 2020, and would go until supplies ran out[9]. Leftover sales were all shipped out by May 16, 2020[10].

Charity
A total of US $1,089 was donated to the Global Fund for Women[11]. The charity was selected by fans and followers through a poll in November 2020 at the beginning of the project[12]
