Philip Mak was the creator and owner of the Shoujo-Ai Archive website as well as a moderator on its forums. He was also a writer for various fandoms, mostly Ranma 1/2. He was a well-known and highly respected member of the yuri community.
He died of a sudden aneurysm on February 28th, 2007, much to the shock and sorrow of many fans. He was only 26 years old.
