A palette challenge is a type of challenge art meme in which an artist produces a piece using an extremely limited set of colours. The palette may be based on a specific inspiration (such as a logo or other piece of art) or simply an asthestically-pleasing collection of colours.

- In some fanart pieces, a similar color palette dubbed as the Cartoon Network (i.e. the current era variant, prominently used in several graphics and promotional pieces) palette is used in lieu of the standard CMYK variant.
