Worldcon 1946 (aka Pacificon I), was the first Worldcon held after the end of World War II. It was held in Los Angeles, CA. The con chair was Walter J. Daugherty, and the Guests of Honor were A. E. van Vogt and E. Mayne Hull, with Hull being the first woman GOH at a Worldcon. Attendance was around 130.
