Overlord II is a gen Transformers anthology of Transformers stories, comic strips, artwork, toy reviews, and anything else Transformers related by a variety of fans who belonged to either TransMasters or The Survivors (both Transformer fan clubs created by fans for fans.
At least one of those fans went on to bigger things in the Transformers community like Benson Yee.
There were 21 issues. Page counts were typically 30-50 pages with a few 'double sized issues' going up to 100 pages.
