Otto, called Otto Wiesel or occasionally Otto Delancey, is a background grunt from the early Newsies script "Hard Promises."
Fandom
The modern fandom appears to have become aware of Otto in 2020.[1] Fandom earlier than this largely ignored him in favor of more clearly canon characters, particularly those with visuals.
Family
Otto is generally accepted as Wiesel's son and the Delanceys' cousin.[2]
