Once Upon A Time was a fansite dedicated to the pairing of Madelyne Pryor and Scott Summers from the X-Men fandom. It also served as a fanlisting for the ship as well.
- Well the name 'Once Upon A Time' of course comes from the beginning saying in fairytales "Once Upon A Time..." Of course there is a meaning to it: Madelyne and Scott will always have a moment where they seemed like a real loving couple but not anymore, thus 'Once Upon A Time... they had lived happily even if it was for just a moment. [1]
The site went online on February 19, 2005 on Geocities [2], and officially opened the fansite and the fanlisting on March 12, 2005. It later moved to a host (mushroom-remix.net) in August 2005. On August 24th, 2006, the fansite was moved to Stephanie's personal domain (Muse-insanity.org). On September 3, 2006, Once Upon won its first award for best fanlisting by X-Men Site Awards. After the domain expired in 2008 or 2009, the fansite is no longer up.
