Summary

Stories included are: "Phrenia" - A series of brutal and bizarre murders lead Mulder & Scully to a young man who, at times, appears docile, and at others, as though he's a completely different person. "Saltillo" - Agents were assigned to the small New Mexico field office as "punishment" detail for major screw-ups. But there was nothing they could have done that deserved having their bodies dismembered and the parts implanted in the floor.
