My Other Half is a zine dedicated to the pairings that make up SoRokuVanVen (Sora, Roxas, Vanitas, Ventus) from the Kingdom Hearts games.
About
An interest poll was open on November 16, 2019, and was scheduled to end on November 30th[1]. The organizers noted that a majority of votes were for SoRoku (Sora/Roxas), VenSo (Ventus/Sora) and VanVen (Vanitas/Ventus)[2].
Applications for mods opened on February 3, 2020, to February 14th[3]. Shortly after on February 17th, applications for artists, writers, and merch artists opened until March 14th[4]. Results were sent out on March 21, 2020[5].
Preorders opened on March 18, 2021, with the following pricing tiers[6]:

- RokuVen Tote Bag ($13 USD)
- The Light In the Darkness ($13 USD) - Digital Zine, Keychain, Sticker Sheet

- Someone From the Dark ($27 USD) - Physical Zine, Digital Zine, Tote Bag, Sticker Sheet
- Join Your Heart...With Mine! ($36 USD) - Physical Zine, Digital Zine, Notepad, Acrylic Standee
- I’ve Become a Part of Their Heart ($44 USD) - Physical Zine, Digital Zine, Tote Bag, Keychain, Acrylic Standee, Buttons
- Our Hearts Are Connected ($70 USD) - Physical Zine, Digital Zine, Tote Bag, Sticker Sheet, Keychain, Pillow Case, Acrylic Standee, Notepad, Buttons
The zine's store closed for preorders on March 31, 2021, with a reported total of 62 sales[7][8].
Orders began shipping out a week after November 13, 2021[9]. All orders were shipped out by November 20, 2021[10].
On June 3, 2022, the project closed with a final donation of $141 USD to The Trevor Project and $141 USD to Prevent Child Abuse America[11].
