Changes at the PD have torn Jim and Blair's partnership apart and thrown their future into doubt. In the aftermath, they become involved in a dangerous attempt to expose a human trafficking operation in Cascade.This is a gripping, well plotted case fic which keeps the reader's attention right to the end . The tension remains high throughout, both in terms of the angsty relationship stuff and the perilous situations they find themselves in. A very enjoyable story from a fairly new writer to The Sentinel.
