Minfilia is a character in Final Fantasy XIV. She was introduced in the now inaccessible 1.0 version of the game and continued to play a role within the story in A Realm Reborn, appeared briefly during the after-patches of Heavensward and had her final appearance in Shadowbringers.
Minfilia has been a polarising character within the fandom. Some fans found her role as leader of the Scions of the Seventh Time unwarranted and considered her inept of fulfilling it, or did not think she had much of a purpose in the story. However, there are also many fans who disagree with this characterisation.
In a 2020 NHK poll, Minfilia was voted the 195th most popular character in the Final Fantasy franchise.[1][2]
