Mettaton/Papyrus is an Undertale slash pairing involving Mettaton and Papyrus.
Canon
Mettaton and Papyrus are never directly portrayed interacting in canon, but the player can learn from optional phone calls that Papyrus is a Mettaton fanboy (describing him as "MY FAVORITE SEXY RECTANGLE"), and in the King Mettaton neutral ending, Papyrus becomes one of Mettaton's agents if he is still alive.
Fandom
Mettaton/Papyrus is the fourth most popular Undertale ship on AO3, falling between Sans/Papyrus and Papyrus/Reader in terms of popularity.
Like most Undertale ships, it's targeted by ship wank; antishipper complaints generally center around Papyrus being too "pure and childlike" to be shipped.
