Metslash was a Metallica RPS mailing list that was started when several fan writers decided the Tallific mailing list "no wives" rule was too restrictive for them.
From the FAQ: '"We're explicitly a slash list. Our list description says, "We're a Metallica slash list. We allow lurking, wives in fic and discussion of plot bunnies."'"
