A metamorphmagus is someone born with the ability to change their appearance at will. Harry learns this term when he meets Tonks as part of his auror escort from the Dursleys, early in Order of the Phoenix.
Tonks and her son Teddy Lupin are the only known metamorphmagi in the Harry Potter books.
