Memories of Crystal is a Final Fantasy XIV zine organised and published by the Creators' Guild, an "FFXIV community dedicated to creating various media and art, serving as a resource and platform for others to get help, share tips and find likeminded people."[1] The intent of the project was to create a book of players' memories about the game, which would be sent to the development team as a thank you for their hard work. The printing costs were successfully funded via gumroad, with all additional profits being donated to the Cancer Research Institute.[2]
