What made you start writing stories? Had you written fic in other fandoms?
I began writing spec scripts and story treatments even before I moved to California and lucked into the job of researcher on the show. My mind was constantly thinking of ways to get them into trouble; and then get them out, of course . I never sold any though, so they stayed in a box. For over thirty years.
I only discovered fandom two years ago and have never written for anything except S&H.
What was your first story? Do you still like it?
The first 'original' story (other than formatting spec scripts and treatments from the 70s) was "Thirty-Three Years, Two Months, Seventeen Days." Although I shuddered the last time I read it, realizing how many beginner mistakes I made, yes, I still like it
