About

This mailing list was created to preserve the writing of Mulder and Scully romance centered fan fiction. To do this we have two set monthly Challenges: The General Challenge only sets a singular plot the rest is up to the author. This challenge is posted on the first of the month and expires at the first of the following month. The Improv Challenge gives the author a list of seven elements to include in the story. This challenge is issued on the fifteenth of every month and expires on the fifteenth of the following month. Special Challenges are issued from time to time having nothing to do with the monthly challenges (for example a What If Challenge) Members are also encouraged to issue challenges of their own. All Challenges are posted on the challenge page at the XF Romantics Archive, the calender at our Yahoo Groups main site, and can be posted to the mailing list at: msrpreservationsociety@yahoogroups.com or sent to foreverkel75@wmconnect.com Stories meeting a previous months challenge are also allowed at any time. All stories posted to the list will be archived on the XF Romantics Archive, unless stated otherwise. The MSRPS mailing list also strongly encourages discussion, but does not tolerate actor or character bashing.
