Lock, Stock & Barrel ("The Compleat "Who's On..." Collection") is a zine of Doctor Who cartoons by Ted Slampyak.

Lock, Stock and barrel contains all "Who's , On..." strips published to date, plus 13 never-before-published cartoons, printed large-size, in an attractive and durable ring-bound volume.
And what is more, every penny; over production costs, earned by this book will be donated to Sudden Infant Death Syndrome research.
This is the only collection of these cartoons authorised by their author/artist, who will sign and number the first 500 copies.
