M. Alexis "Lexie" Pakulak (February 7, 1957 - August 6, 2016) was a fan writer and was very active in Canadian science fiction fandom. She is the author of the zine Axanar (Star Trek zine) and won a 2005 FanQ Honorable Mention for her Sime-Gen slash story: "A Companion's Duty." She also edited the APA-zine AFLOAT which began in 1982.
