Leo Margulies (June 22, 1900 – December 26, 1975), was a US-American editor and publisher.
In the 1930s, he was chief editor of Ned Pines‘ Standard Magazines and responsible for science fiction and fantasy pulp magazines such as Captain Future, Startling Stories and Thrilling Wonder Stories.
In World War II, he served as a war correspondent.
In 1942, he helped to establish the publisher company Popular Library (known for paperbacks).[1]
