Kali Prasad, also known as Eight, is a recurring character in Stranger Things 2.
Canon
A test subject at the Hawkins National Laboratory, Kali had powers and was experimented on alongside Eleven (Jane Hopper). Eventually, Kali escaped the laboratory and joined forces with Axel, Mick, Funshine, and Dottie, with whom she began to track and kill people from her and their pasts. In Stranger Things 2, Kali reconnected with Eleven (Jane), and together they attacked former Hawkins scientist Ray Carroll before Eleven left to rescue her friends back in Hawkins.
