About

A full lineup of contributing artists was posted on December 3, 2018 on both Tumblr and Twitter. In a FAQ post made on December 9, 2018, the organizers informed followers that the zine was for-profit and would include the characters in any kind of uniform and was not limited to school uniforms[1]. Ships would not be allowed in the zine[2]. Applications for the zine ran from December 10 to December 22, 2018[3]. Roughly 100 applications were reported to have been submitted[4].

A full contributor lineup, preorder details, and a release date were announced on May 10, 2019[5]. Preorders opened from May 15 to May 31, 2019, with the following buying options[6]:

  • PDF
  • PDF + Merch (Acrylic Keychain, Random Postcard Prints, Sticker Set, Pencil Pouch)
  • Physical Zine
  • Physical Zine + Merch
  • Merch Only

Physical products were sent out on June 24, 2019[7]. Leftover sales began on August 21, 2019[8]. A giveaway was hosted from August 21 to September 7, 2019, and the winner was Twitter user appendorange[9].

The zine was also sold at JW Madrid 2020 by Happy_Starring[10][11]. By August 20, 2020, there was one remaining physical copy from leftovers as reported by the organizers[12]. The project was declared finished on October 11, 2020[13].
