Jesse Katsopolis (often referred to as 'Uncle Jesse') is a character played by John Stamos in the ABC television series Full House, and later in the Netflix original sequel series Fuller House.

Jesse's original last name was Cochran before being changed to Katsopolis in season two to better reflect actor John Stamos's Greek heritage.
