Alan takes Cynthia and Jackie to Vega to allow them to stay. They do. Cynthia marries alien Sae. This is set in an alternate universe in my opinion as are many fan fiction stories--many deal with Victor, Paul and Kano and differ greatly or in minor ways about why they were not seen in the second season.[1]
