It's Morphin Time is a gen anthology fanzine published in 1996 and is 96 pages. It billed itself as the first fanzine devoted entirely to the Power Rangers. It contains original fiction by various authors and episode commentaries by net personality Sabba20. Media Monitor says: "This fanzine is aimed at adults, but has no 'adult' content."
Interesting fact: the submission request in The Monthly had contact information that included a rare use of an e-mail address.
