This truly is piece as it is a novel which has nearly 30 chapters so it's a long read. However it has a lot of original characters in it, such as Michael Skinner, as Fraser and Ray realise their feelings for each other and then face struggles in their relationship. It really has three parts to it; a first time story and then two stories dealing with ER problems ending with a positive outcome. [1]
