Interlac is the first Legion of Super-Heroes apazine from the 1970s that is still being printed today. It was founded by Rich Morrissey.
Originally titled "LEAPA" which stood for Legion Amateur Press Association. The name LEAPA only lasted three issues before being changed to Interlac, the name is designated communication language of the 30th-century United Planets confederation.
There was 15 founding members and its first mailing was 26 pages.
