Inconsistent Heinous Wiki is a wiki for the characters who are determined as "inconsistently heinous", that is characters who are evil, but who also display admirable qualities.
History
On 30 September 2024, it was announced that characters that are considered as non-villains would be allowed to be proposed and an admin's permission would be required before proposing such characters.[1]
On 9 November 2024, it was announced that proposals that utilise the bullet point format would be disallowed.[2]
