Wonderful characterisations, you could imagine every part of the story actually happening, and the author's stile of writing is also great. My favourite part was the bonding between Spock and T'yshen. It seemed so very Vulcan, and being that Vulcans are the race in ST that has always, well, fascinated me the most, I loved it. [1]
A wonderful story. There are so few S/f stories except S/Chapel or S/U which I personally don't quite care for. Spock's bondmate is just fantastic. And the interplay between these two and Kirk is great. Can't wait to see the sequel. [2]
