Summary
Almost all of the Nations have vanished under mysterious circumstances. One century later, all of the remaining Nations have given up on finding them, except for America. After making no major breakthroughs, America meets a blind waiter named Arthur Kirkland, who can't remember anything before a year ago. America sets off to find the truth about the "nation-napping", linked to a mysterious group known as the HCS.
