Ni hao! Hi everyone! Welcome to Huan Zhu Ge Ge info page! Most of you are probably wondering, what in the world is Huan Zhu Ge Ge? Huan Zhu means "Returned Pearl" and Ge Ge means "princess". Huan Zhu Ge Ge was written by a well-known author in China (Qiong Yao) and was made into a TV series in 1996, we believe. The emperor at this time is Qianlong. In history, it was recorded that he had a daughter outside of the palace and when she die, she was not allowed to be buried in with the royal families becasuse she was not considered to be a part of the royal family (unfair)! She was instead buried in a cemetery somewhere in present day Beijing. The people named the place she was buried "Princess's cemetery". Huan Zhu Ge Ge has mystery, romance, humor and drama all in one!
