Heat is a het furry anthology dedicated to high-quality erotic furry fiction. Art is secondary to the fiction, often serving only as illustrations, though comics also feature. Typically "Heat" is published once a year; the fifth volume was released at Anthrocon 2008.
It has a gen sister zine called Anthrolations.

Heat 4 was voted Best Anthropomorphic Magazine in the 2007 Ursa Major Awards. It also contained that year's short fiction winner, "Don't Blink" by Kyell Gold.
Heat 5 was voted Best Anthropomorphic Magazine in the 2008 Ursa Major Awards.
