In season 1, Cisco Ramon was paired with Earth 1 Harrison Wells, who later turned out to be Eobard Thawne disguised as the CEO of Star Labs. Many works in this pairing are darkfic, containing dub con elements and a power imbalance that skews in Eowell's favour. Fanworks focus squarely on the unhealthy relationship these two would have and even in AU settings, many of these same elements appear.
The introduction of Earth 2 Harrison Wells, or Harry, lead to more shipping as the two characters had much witty banter on the show. In fandom many works are focused on their developing romantic relationship. Fake/Pretend Relationship works often lead to the two discovering their feelings are reciprocated, and many works use Cisco's vibe powers as a jumping off point.
