Hanficml is a Hanson fanfic (or hanfic) mailing list. It was initially hosted by e-Groups before they were absorbed by Yahoo! Groups.
Its purpose was not just sharing fic, but providing constructive criticism. Due to the volume of posts, measures were taken to limit the amount and frequency of posts, and to enforce the criticism portion. At one time, stories were voted on each week and only those receiving a certain amount of votes could be sent to the list the following week.
A separate mailing list was created for off topic posts—i.e., any personal posts or posts about other Hanson-y topics that weren't directly related to fic. (need link)
Activity in the group stopped in 2006. As of December 27, 2016, there were 203 registered members.

You like Hanson, and you like writing, too. So you write a Hanson fiction, and post it in the Net. But no one replies. Is it because your BO? Your web page, maybe?
