Hameln (ハーメルン) is a Japanese-language fanfiction site started in 2012.
Restrictions
Real person fiction is not permitted. Until December 25 2018, fanfiction based on Disney works was also not permitted.[1]
Until late 2019, the use of copyrighted song lyrics (songfic) was also disallowed. In 2019 Hameln entered into a licensing agreement with JASRAC and NexTone allowing lyrics to be used in fics subject to strict conditions, including attaching the song's licensing code to the fic.[2]
