Galileo II is a Star Trek: TOS and SF anthology of fiction and non-fiction planned by Bill Warren, Jr.
It may have been one of the zines that included a copy of Jacqueline Lichtenberg's fan survey, The Strekzine List, which says that it "replaces G7" (and makes a note that this this "G7" was "McNeven's G7).
IF it was published, it was no earlier than 1971.
From an ad in Deck 6 #13 (March 1971): "GALILEO II will include Hal Clement’s views on 40 Eridani, the Vulcan solar system. For further info, SASE to Bill Warren, [address]."
