Summary
A nuclear war has devastated the world and left many nations dead or badly wounded. The survivors meet in Geneva to begin rebuilding, when they receive a distress call from China, who was presumed dead. America volunteers a rescue mission, despite being blinded from the war, and such an action being considered a suicide mission. The only nations willing to accompany him are England and Canada, who is unable to walk due to suffering injuries of his own.
