Flaming Steel is a Fullmetal Alchemist ezine focused on the RoyEd pairing. The blog's tumblr describes itself as "An unofficial fanzine focusing on the romantic relationship between Roy Mustang and Edward Elric".[1]
The zine opened for applications in December 1, 2018 and final versions of pieces were due April 30, 2019. Pre-orders were taken between May 20-June 30, 2019 and shipping of the zine began on August 3, 2019.[2] The zine featured work from 21 artists and 11 writers. It is available as both a hard copy and as a pdf.
