fk_writers_guild (formally, Forever Knight Writer's Guild as per their banner) is a Yahoo Group for Forever Knight fan writers. The public group was formed on 12 August 2003. Posting was sporadic, but included a number of stories. However, by 2006 spam took over the site. There were 23 members; and only members can view posts.

Group Description

This is a place for all FK fans who want to or do write fan fic to come share fic ideas, fiction and to review other's works.

Spam Problems

By 2005, spam was clearly becoming a problem and fewer posts were actually being made by members, as indicated by "Nicholas de Brabant"'s complaint:

45 Posting

Nicholas de Brabant Apr 23, 2006

First I'd like to know if this group is dead.
Second, I like to please stop the spam that has appeared.
If this is a dead group, I'll resign. If not, I'll stay.

The spam was initially deleted from the archive; but its nuisance can be seen in the fact that the next real post after Post No. 45 was No. 52, a one-part Christmas story ("The Christmas to Remember" by fkval2002). The next archived post after that is Post No. 121, Megan's proposal that the list go to restricted status.[1] Instead, it was abandoned.
