It was created in 1987 after the dissolution of Off Centaur due to disputes among its partners. Some of Off Centaur's publications were carried over, and some not.
Teri Lee was editor and owner. Lee was Mercedes Lackey's spokesperson, and weighed in on fan discussions in that role.
