Fair Use

So I uploaded this comic in preparation for creating an entry on the redraw meme the fourth panel has inspired. All the comics on the official Haus of Decline website appear to be released under a CC-BY-NC-SA license given the button at the bottom. But I can't find this particular comic in the site's archive.
