The Fandom Association of Central Texas (FACT) is a non-profit non-profit educational organization dedicated to the promotion of science fiction, fantasy, and speculative fiction in the State of Texas.
They sponsor many activities aimed towards furthering the cause of literacy and the enjoyment of the genres, including their annual literary conference, ArmadilloCon, which has been held annually in Austin, Texas for more than 40 years.
Other of their functions include book publications, the FACT Science Fiction Reading Group, and social gatherings.
