"Family Men" by Belatrix Carter is a nineteen page story. It's an a/u set long after Gauda Prime and loosely based on the movie Family Man. I've not seen the movie so I can say definitely you can follow the story without having seen the movie. It's a very domestic story involving two young children-Blake's two young children. I'm not much for these type of stories but once in a while they are nice-just for variety.[1]
Avon leaves Blake some time PGP and becomes rich and successful. Then he gets hurled into another universe where they're married, they have kids, Avon works in some crummy job and Blake is a small-time politician. Did I love it? OF COURSE I DID. The ending is a bit abrupt, but I love everything up to that, particularly the bit where Avon tries to get Blake to move to planet of the rich futures and Blake turns him down. More please.[2]

PGP fic based on the 2000 Nick Cage film. Avon enters an alternate universe where he and Blake have terrible jobs but are together and have two children. Avon hates everything for a while, and then begins to see the value of it. The plot works perfectly for this character - and overall, the whole thing is adorable and fun.[3]
