EastLeap was a Quantum Leap convention.
It appears there were at least two of them, one in 1994 and one in 1996.
1994
One mention:
EastLeap is October 21–23 in Essington, PA (just north of Philadelphia). Send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to EastLeap, CJR Press, 733 Turnpike Ave., Suite 117, North Andover, MA 01845 for details. Response has been slow from this group; I guess they think they still have lots of time. [1]

Thinking of attending EastLeap in (Oct?). Looking for other slash-minded fans also going who'd like to get together for a room party where we can sleaze to our heart's content in privacy. Will also be looking for roommate. [2]
1996
EastLeap 1996 took place October 18-20 at Morristown Inn in Morristown, New Jersey.
Guests were Rich Whiteside, Julie Barrett, Ginjer Buchanan, Laura Ann Gilman, John Peel, Elizabeth Storm, and Barbara Walton.
It was billed as "the East Coast's third annual celebration of 'Quantum Leap.'"
The chair was Ruth Calkins.
A con report for the 1996 event was printed in Quantum Quaterly #29.
