A US based Grateful Dead fanzine edited and published by John Dwork since 1987. The first issue was published in May 1987. Subsequent issues followed at slightly irregular intervals usually averaging about 4 issues per year. The last issue was toward the end of 1998.

Regular features included an editorial, Deadication, by Dwork, Letters To The Editor, Truckin' To Higher Consciousness, DDN Notes, Get To Know Your Dead Relatives and Odds & Ends.

Dupree's Diamond News is, of course, named after the Jerry Garcia / Robert Hunter song Dupree's Diamond Blues.

John Dwork edited and published an earlier fanzine, Deadbeat, between 1981 and 1984.[1]
