Yes it's smut and yes there's sex but there is something so appealing about Fraser and Ray in a cabin for a weekend. It's nice to have an ER story outside of Chicago and the old cabin in the woods is a concept that seem to be very popular when it comes to the vacations Fraser and Ray take. It gives that sense of isolation where we can just concentrate on the characters' relationship. [1]
