The Doctor Who Fan Club Monthly (DWFC) was an UK based newsletter of the official Dr Who fanclub. It is often thought to be the first Dr Who fan publication, however, editor Keith Miller has written about an earlier newsletter published by Graham Tattersall in his The Official Doctor Who Fan Club Vol 1.
The 'William (Dr Who) Hartnell Fan Club' began publishing an infrequent single sheet newsletter in 1965 that gave details about what the actors were doing and vague details about forthcoming episodes. There may also be a general science fiction fanzine from 1964 that contains Doctor Who content.
